Grand Bassa County is the home of the 2nd Judicial Circuit which sits on criminal, civil and probate matters. The 2nd Judicial Circuit has three (3) specialized courts and oversees the functions of seven (7) magisterial courts located across the county.
The 2nd Judicial Circuit Court in Grand Bassa County is presided over by His Honor Judge Benedict W. Holt, Resident Circuit Judge.
