Montserrado County is also the home of the 6th Judicial Circuit (THE CIVIL LAW COURT) which sits exclusively on civil matters as well as the specialized COMMERCIAL COURT, all of which are housed on the grounds of the Temple of Justice in the City of Monrovia.
The 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Montserrado County is presided over by His Honor Judge Yussif D. Kaba, Resident Circuit Judge and His Honor Judge Johannes Z. Zlahn, Assigned Circuit Judge.
