This action of damages for wrong is before us on appeal from the final ruling of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Civil Law Court, Montserrado County, ¬¬¬wherein the appellant was held liable for wrongfully withholding appellee’s deed and the appellee was awarded the amount of Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$200,000.00) as special damages by the trial jury.
