On the 23rd day of March 2016, Esther Yeanay Barkpei, the movant herein, filed a six-count petition for specific performance before the Civil Law Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit for Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia, substantially alleging the followings:
This Motion to Dismiss appeal grows out of an action of ejectment instituted by the movant, Jerome G. Korkoya, against Beageorge Cooper and the Respondent, Prof. Bestman Larmena in the 13th Judicial Circuit, Margibi County. On the defendants’ application in the underlying ejectment action, His Honor, Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay, presiding by assignment, ordered a separate trial of the defendants. The respondent herein, being the 1st defendant, waived trial by a jury.
This is a motion to dismiss filed by the Government of the Republic of Liberia, by and through the Ministry of Justice (movant) requesting this Court to dismiss an in re petition filed by Atlantic Resources (respondent) to determine the constitutionality of the ratification of the Forest Management Concession Contract signed between Euro Liberia Logging Company and the Forestry Development Authority (FDA).

This case is before us on a motion to dismiss the appeal filed by the movant, Nyimeda M. Badio, against the respondents, William H. Badio, Sr.
The Appellee, Moses Managbolor, was indicted during the August Term, A.D. 2011 of the 16th Judicial Circuit, Gbarpolu County for the Crime of Statutory Rape. Prior to the indictment, on the 8th day of August, A.D. 2011, the said circuit court ordered the arrest and detention of the appellee based on a complaint filed by the Women and Children Protection Section of the Liberia National Police.
Wherefore and in view of the foregoing, the motion to dismiss the appeal is hereby granted and the respondents/appellant’s appeal denied and dismissed as a matter of law.
