This Motion to Dismiss appeal grows out of an action of ejectment instituted by the movant, Jerome G. Korkoya, against Beageorge Cooper and the Respondent, Prof. Bestman Larmena in the 13th Judicial Circuit, Margibi County. The Appellee, Moses Managbolor, was indicted during the August Term, A.D. 2011 of the 16th Judicial Circuit, Gbarpolu County for the Crime of Statutory Rape. Prior to the indictment, on the 8th day of August, A.D. 2011, the said circuit court ordered the arrest and detention of the appellee based on a complaint filed by the Women and Children Protection Section of the Liberia National Police.
