National Labor Court:
The jurisdiction of the National Labor Court is confined to causes which involve employees, workman, and/or causes to which employees other than civil servant and specific categories of government employees such as military and police are parties.
Appeals from the Labor Court are heard before the Supreme Court.
Opening dates of the National Labor Court: The National Labor Court is opened for the adjudication of cases monthly.
Appointment and tenure of the National Labor Court Judge: The President shall nominate and with the consent of the Senate, appoint and commission the Judge of the National Labor Court of Liberia who shall preside and hold office during good behavior.
