Chief Justice Donates Ebola Safety Materials
In his continuous drive to ensure straight compliance with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, concerning the fight against ebola, Liberia’s Chief Justice, His Honor Francis S. Korkpor Sr. will beginning tomorrow through Saturday, distribute several ebola safety materials to courts along the Careysburg-Ganta highway.
According to a Judiciary release, the Chief Justice who will do the distribution on behalf the Supreme Court of Liberia will begin the exercise at the Careysburg Magisterial Court, in Montserrado County on tomorrow Thursday, October 23, 2014.
The release said, Chief Justice Korkpor will also carry out similar exercises at the 13th Judicial Circuit Court, Bonoway, Weala, Salala and Gbarnga Magisterial courts, in Margibi and Bong counties respectively.
The release made it clear that Chief Justice Korkpor and delegation, will conclude the distribution exercises at the 9th Judicial Circuit Court, Sokopa Magisterial Court and finally at the Gompa Magisterial Court in Bong and Nimba counties.
Items to be distributed include: buckets, chlorax, chlorine, soap, dettol, gloves and other sanitary materials, which the Supreme Court believes will greatly help in defeating ebola.
The Chief Justice and delegation are expected back in the capitol on Sunday, October 26, 2014.
