This case was heard and decided by the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, then presided over by our distinguished colleague, His Honor Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay, Sr., then serving as a Circuit Judge. On the 27th day of November 2020, the Grand Jury for Montserrado County, sitting in its November Term, returned a True Bill charging the appellants, Foday Conneh, David Conneh, J. Boimah Sambolah, Mohammed Bah (Buyer) and Surveyor to be identified, with the crimes of Criminal Conveyance of Land and Criminal Conspiracy, a felony of the second degree.
