On March 16, 2016, the District Commissioner of Zarflahn District, Rivercess County, Honorable Borbor Y. Boeyon, filed with the Office of the Chief Justice a complaint against His Honor Peter G. Massey, Debt Court Judge, Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, Rivercess County.
On December 21, 2018, Nwosu Chimbuike Justine (appellant ) filed an action of cancellation of lease agreement in the Civil Law Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Montserrado County, against Comfort D. Taye, by and thru her Attorney-In-Fact, Wilson Taye (appellee).

The Parties in these proceedings are siblings who are in accord that their late father’s intestate estate be closed, and the residue of said intestate estate be distributed amongst them in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Decedents Estates Law.
The certified records in this case reveal that on March 10, 2008, Joseph and Martha Kangar filed an action of summary proceedings to recover possession of real property in the Monrovia City Magisterial Court against Varcom Used Cars, praying the magistrate court to oust, eject and evict Varcom Used Cars from certain property situated and located in the Fish Market Community, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia.
