EDUCATONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Atty. Moses S. Soribah a expert fund raiser and over 20 years’ experience in Grant sourcing and management; prior to that, he had acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration-BBA degree from the College of Business and Public Administration, also University of Liberia, following course of study that lasted from 1986 to 1990. A Candidate for the Master of Act Degree in Public Administration- MPA degree, offers at the Cuttington Graduate Program, Cuttington University, between 2015 and 2016; before such academic ascendency, Attorney Moses S. Soribah studied laws from 2006 to 2011, at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, where he graduated with Laws and Letters Bachelor-LLB degree.

Tract Records reflect upon academic competence followed by wealth of experience in training Judicial and law enforcement personnel including public defendants, court clerks, judges; as well as facilitating Access to Justice – recruiting, training and assignment of magistrates, development of legal training manuals, materials, hand-outs and compilation of laws.
Besides, Attorney Soribah has also attained other competences which have capacitated him to successfully conduct legal training workshops and seminars; perhaps more than all, managing the Training Arm of the Judiciary Branch of the Liberian Government.
Additional potentials and skills are emphasized to include project implementation management efficiency, demonstrated knowledge of societal issues including illiteracy, cultural barriers and diversities, poverty, sensitivity to human rights, peaceful co-existence, rule of law, best practices and team work.

2016 Member of the Board of Governors, Liberian Legal Information Institute-LIBALII
2015 Attorney Moses S. Soribah was recommended to serve with the former Chief Justice, Johnney N. Lewis, in a higher position of Deputy Executive Director of the Judicial Training Institute.
2015 By July of 2015 and having already performed with amazing distinction, Attorney Soribah was finally appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the James A. A. Pierre Judicial Institute-JAAJTI, to the position of Acting Executive Director of that Judicial Institute. His able administration of the Institute continues to attract and enjoy high donors’ confidence, cooperation and support from USAID, UNDP, PAE, INL.IDLO and UNMIL among others.
2013 As training activities were gaining momentum, Attorney Soribah was promoted to the position of Training Coordinator of the James A. A. Pierre Judicial Training Institute-JAAPJTI.
2011 Attorney Soribah was appointed as a Judicial Trainer on the basis of convincing demonstrated competence, efficiency and commitment during the infancy stage of the James A. A. Pierre Judicial Training Institute-JAAPJTI.
2010 Attorney Moses S. Soribah, through the American Bar Association-ABA, joined the James A. A. Pierre Judicial Institute-JAAPJI at its formation stage as a Legal Interim and became one of the three early and initial organizing staffs of the Institute.
2009 Founding member of the Human Rights and Protection Forum-HPRF. The HRPF came into being with support from the United Nations Development Program-UNDP to protect and promote Human Rights, raise human rights awareness and conduct human rights training and advocacy. Attorney Soribah was also HPRF first Secretary General.
2003 Attorney Moses S. Soribah founded the International Association for Volunteers Efforts-IAVE (Liberia), a chapter or branch of one of the world’s largest volunteer organizations. He served this organization as its first Secretary-General and later IAVE (Liberia) Country Representative. IAVE implemented several projects including a United Nations Children Fund-UNICEF sponsored Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration project for Women, Children and Girls who were associated with the fighting forces. Apart from voluntary and earning jobs provided by IAVE (Liberia), Attorney Soribah himself made several trips abroad in the interest of IAVE(Liberia) when he travelled to Botswana and South Africa for conferences, seminars and meetings.
2003 Attorney Soribah was a founding member of the Sustainable Livelihood Promoters Program-SLPP, a development organization that continues to employ hundreds of Liberian citizens in Bomi, Grand Cape Mount, Lofa and Gbapolu Counties, constructing primary, junior and senior high schools, town halls, bridges, pure and safe drinking water wells, latrines and the CLTS-Community-Led Total Sanitation aimed at working with local communities to keep their environment cleaned and save from epidemic outbreak. Since ten years and up to date, Attorney Moses S. Soribah remains as Chairman of the Board of Governors-SLPP.

JUNE 26 2015 to Present: Acting Executive Director, Judicial Institute Training Institute, Temple of Justice, Capitol Hill, Monrovia: The JAAPJTI is an Access to Justice framework and mechanism, providing training and orientation for Magistrates, Public Defendants, Clerks of Court and law enforcement personnel and actors.
November 1st 2015 to June 2015 Deputy Executive Director, James A A Pierre Judicial Training Institute-JAAPTI-an Access to Justice framework and mechanism, established in response to the need to make justice accessible to all within the borders of Liberia, promoting speedy adjudication of cases, up-holding the rule of law, strengthening civil authority, enhancing confidence in the Judiciary Branch of Government; thus, training magistrates, public defendants, county attorneys, court clerks, producing legal materials and books for court rooms proceedings as well as conducting legal research.
